This headset is affordable but supreme in quality and sound.

These headphones are the best I have had.I haven't used them on a xbox but used it for pc and you get really get sound quality and lower sounds that normal headphones dont pick up on.The thing I love about them most is the ability to use them for long periods of time and not get sore ears these are definitely for you.

"Great headset, shipping a bit slow"
Well this headset is my third, previously I had the XLC's however these
broke so I decided to upgrade.
The shipping was a bit slow (didn't arrive on promised date) but hey,
whatever.
In general the headset is fine with long leads that may sometimes get a bit
annoying. I found the volume controls a little annoying as I sometime rub/bump
them, changing the volume.
Overall: Great Headset for Xbox communication and game audio.
