I have five of Annabel's Books. Her Recipe books are absolutely divine. Tonight I made and served up COQ AU VIN PIE – what more can I say – a perfect result.

Another great book from Annabel. The recipes are mostly nice and easy, and the book is really nicely illustrated and laid out.

I like her recipes because the ingredients she uses blends into her recipes and are easy to read and therefore not difficult to make.
