Batman: Arkham Origins reviews

Very excellant game. Sticks to a tried and true formula that works very well. Some people will not like the lack of massive innovations but the developers were obviously cautious not to try something vastly new in case it flopped.

Gameplay es very similar to previous games, but the story is a massive leap ahead, as is the game world. Very very good. The additional costumes are a nice touch too.

Only other thing to note is Mark Hamil does not voice the Joker (but his replacement is very good in his own right) and Batman's voice actor has been replaced by the voice actor of Chris Redfield (Resident Evil) he does a good job and after a while you don't even notice.

22% through. This game is as good as or better than the previous ones.

I found this game fun it's game play is the same as arkham origins. The only problem is that when I have completed a bit of the story it does a corrupt save which makes me have to start again and this is the 2nd time it has happened

People say this isn't as good as the last games but the game play is the same,myself I have found it to be just as good and loads of fun.

I ordered 2 xbox 360 games they turned up lightning fast and no hassle great games would deffinatly buy from agian and reccomend to all my friends and family they have everything from dvds to toys etc u cant go wrong with good old mighty ape plus everything is half the price of normal stores just brilliant :) !!

This game is great. It's just more batman. The voicing is very well done for a guy that isn't Kevin Conroy and the combat is near to exactly the same. Which isn't bad for me at all. Arkham City's Combat was flawless and made you feel like the batman. In this timeline batman is more ruthless and brutal. So expect some very ignorant decisions.

Awesome game as I expected! Just lags a little in certain parts of the game but still love it!!!

Awesome game

This was such an awesome game with epic boss battles, as you go further into the game you don't really notice the timeline differences and instead get hooked into the origins story. The online is a waste of time so far because it takes soo long before a game is found but it is usually worth the wait.

Its like Arkham City. Except in a different timeline, not to do with anything about Arkham so you are pretty much flying around a part of Gotham only there are no civilians or cars around so it just seems stupid. This game and its mechanics are just a copy and paste of Arkham and really brings nothing new to the table apart from some new gadgets. I mean it is still good just not amazing or Brilliant like Arkham City was.

If you're looking for a revolution of the Arkham series, you'll be disappointed. But if you loved Arkham City then you'll love this, since it preserves all the aspects fans loved and manages to make some small but appreciated improvements. The story is excellent, and despite the absence of Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill, their replacements Roger Craig and Troy Baker manage to accurately convey slightly younger versions of the same character. As the summary says, there are some minor bugs in the gameplay, but these will be patched soon. If you're a Batman fan, you'll love it!

Love the story had heaps of fun with story missions and side missions. Gliding around gotham gets boring after awhile. But still a great game if you liked arkham asylum or city then should get.
