Good handle, stainless steel blade, plus dishwasher friendly. I also bought a wooden handle British cutter but this one is the better one

Love this tool for cutting potatoes for making homemade chips. That when cooked are so crisp and crunchy on the wavy surface of the chip.
The old fashioned way for cutting beetroot. Just like mum used to. Makes crinkled chips easy and cheaper than bought ones.
