ICO and Shadow of the Colossus Collection reviews

This really isn't your typical game… Both ICO and Shadow of the Colossus are both totally unique from anything I'd ever played before.

You will be taken away by the artistic design of both games and emersed in the magical world Team ICO have created.

Highly recommended.

These games are what you need to add to your collection. They are a low price for two amazing masterpiece titels that give me shivers just thinking about going home to play them.

Not only did these games stand out from all the others when they were released, they had emotion and you felt for the characters.

Having now been brought into HD for the younger generation I hope they will play and appreciate the progression of these games.

Great value, great gameplay and just great games.

Best game on the PS2 brought into HD = Childhood memories and bliss returning.

Shadow of the Colossus was ahead of its time and now that it's finally in HD in all its glory, it's just jaw-dropping at times.

Looking forward to ICO as I never had the chance to play the original.

That is of course, after I've satisfied myself with galloping around on Agro first!

I have yet to play Ico. I played Shadow of the Colossus on release day and I loved how picturesque it was. It's difficult to explain but The game is very slow, empty and very basic even on hard difficulty it takes a little over 3hours to finish it. However, I still find myself drawn to it it is a must have. Even if it's just for the art side of things, or the epic size of the Colossi and the enjoyable albeit short, simple battles. Still 4*+ for me

Highly recommended to anyone who hasn't played these two amazing games before, and to anyone wanting to play through again. The HD upgrade looks great!

The Trophy Support for both games is the encouragement I needed to go beyond the initial first time plays done a while back on the PS2. The price is also less than it would cost trying to find both original PS2 versions, so there is now no excuse for not owning these 2 remarkable games. I just wish I had a 3D TV and Surround Sound so I could appreciate the update work to it's full extent.

Though the controls feel slightly clunky compared to modern releases, the graphics of these remastered classics look fantastic in crisp full HD, mostly due to the excellent style and design choices of the original games.

I had never played these in their original releases, but was always keen to, and I'm glad I did. Fantastic games, with a deep sense of mood and atmosphere.

Ive been waiting ever since PS3 came out for this game to be released again. AND IT HAS! It is an INCREDIBLY addicting amazing quality game with CRAZY graphics and veiws. HIGHLY HIGHLY Recomend!

Seriously, two amazing games for half the price of a new release. This is a no-brainer.
