Logitech G502 HERO RGB High Performance Gaming Mouse reviews

Left Click fails to click and drag after 6–7 months of use. Sometimes double clicks instead of single click. Is a common issue with the micro-switch on this mouse, I have 3 of them and the 1st 2 have this issue, just waiting on the 3rd to start playing up

I got my Logitech G502 Hero a while ago and I can tell you that it is amazing sure you're probably not going to use 16k dpi but its fun to have the mouse wheel clicks which is something I love and it just feels GREAT I highly recommend

I've owned this mouse for several years, since early 2017. Only up until now, I am experiencing the effects of wear and tear. This mouse is exactly what you want for FPS games.Functionality of all buttons are still perfectly fine which I use for key-binds. The infinite scroll button would be the only notable issue so far, misclicking at times. Initially the weights were useful for custom settings, but muscle memory sort of adjusted me to the weights. Logitech has dramatically improved its multi-product software platform, renaming it G-Hub, it's a lot more user friendly than its predecessor. Overall, it's a great, durable mouse that has definitely served it's purpose.

Mouse left click double clicks

Love this mouse a lot, it fits my hands perfectly. Great for gaming and for web browsing, especially the no friction scroll wheel button thing that allows you to scroll to the top of the page in seconds. So useful that it feels weird to use ordinary mouses now. Would buy it again if it breaks

Great mouse and was delivered incredibly quickly. Easy to change and set DPI, light colours, and custom buttons. The mouse itself actually felt “heavier” than I expected it to without any of the weights in it, so I probably won't be using those. My last mouse was cheap as hell so this is a huge upgrade and I'm super pleased!

Good if you have pretty big hands, also very comfortable.

Bought my first G502 back in 2014 and it lasted me all the way until June 2020. That's 6 y­ears of heavy use before thing started to go wrong. I will always stick to the G502's for as long as they are made. This is HERO one feels even better.

The Logitech G502 Hero is super comfortable and the best mouse I've owned. The rgb lighting is a nice subtle touch. Love the extra programmable buttons and a must have for any avid gamer. Super easy to set up.

I have owned this mouse going on 6 years now. Would fully reccomend, very smooth and light weight and fun just to use.

2 buttons including left click failing at 6 months

After purchasing this mouse over a year ago, the left mouse button has started to break down and incorrectly respond to inputs, after doing some googling it would appear that this is a very common issue for this mouse after approx. A year of use.

If you don't plan on using this mouse for very long then I would recommend it, but if you plan on using it for a long period of time, > a year, be ready for the mouse to start acting up and not inputting correctly.

The customizable buttons and I especially the sniper button make this mouse definitely worth the money

Just under 8 months use and the right mouse button frequently can't hold a click. Quick google and this is fairly common. Was a great mouse for those first few months.

After 7 months of owning this mouse the left and right click stopped working correctly. This is a well known issue among all modern logitech mice. Avoid this brand until this issue is fixed

7months after buying the mouse my left mouse button has caked it no longer useable

Right click on the mouse is deteriorating after less than a year and the dpi changing buttons get pressed often on accident

Really small, as in narrow. Not made for man hands or medium to large lady hands.

The mouse is good in basically all aspects, but it's a nightmare to keep properly clean compared to other products I've had. The mouse wheel in particular, because of what it's made of I assume, seems to gunk up something fierce even when habitually using hand sanitizer, and cleaning it properly is (like with most mice) an absolute nightmare.

Avoid if you either have kids who might get anywhere near it or are cursed with perpetually dirty hands.

So good I got one for the office at work!

Good stuff. Nothing really to complain about other than the scroll wheel could be a little sturdier/smoother while scrolling but otherwise great.

Owned the mouse for about 20 months an used for alot of long gaming sessions still works great

Unfortunately this doesn't have the braided cable of the old G502 Hero. It also has a plastic scroll wheel, and the lights don't always function. Disappointed by what used to be my favourite model of mouse. Still a decent mouse, but let down by the inferior build quality and materials used.

Lots of features and programable buttons/macros. Abit small for my liking. Feels abit cheap. Very surprised to see a non braided cable. Also the jog wheel is weird asf….

Got this mouse alongside a Logitech G512 Keyboard. Since they can RGB together. Pointless RGB on a mouse haha! BUT The mouse is great for gaming and when I'm sculpting, I can easily hold down a button to reduce the DPS on the mouse temporarily. Or I can change cycle through profiles with different settings at a push of either of 2 buttons. The scroll is super fast and smoooooooth! Like butter. Good mouse for gaming, good for 3D modelling and detailed work. Cheers

The mouse is a heavy duty, good quality mouse. However, the mouse does have a bad problem with click durability. Other than that, it is easy to set up, has an easy to download program system to help with the mouse settings and has great customization in terms of DPI and button mapping.

This is a really nice mouse.

I got this mouse a while back when I first started gaming, (mainly valorant) this mouse does an amazing job and is very smooth. The mouse buttons on it are also very handy. Very comfortable

Honestly disappointed with the order, the wiring of the mouse is not the same as shown in the picture, I received a plastic wiring. As a competitive gamer, this is not good.

I bought this mouse cause I was sick of buying mice that would have their paint flake off or crap out on me within a few months then have to use them anyway, so far this mouse has been great it’s definitely not for big hands so if you’ve got big hands you probably won’t like it as much but that aside it’s pretty smooth to use although I’m still adjusting to the weights (can’t decide wether to use all or none) the lighting is awesome and customisable and you can make mini macros that you can customise for your extra buttons which I didn’t know was even and option. All and all it’s a great mouse happy with my purchase it works well and feels great

I was hesitant to buy this, due to past experience with Logitech mice having issues with buttons wearing out quickly, but as this was the only mouse I could find with the buttons that I wanted, I took the gamble. 6 months in, the clicks are still very positive, and the performance is great overall. Maybe I got lucky with a mouse from a good batch, but I'm happy with it.

This is the perfect mouse in my opinion. While plenty of people out there like a super light weight mouse, this thing loaded up with all the weights is perfect for me.

Love the infinite scroll, works like a charm when I really need it. Build quality is top notch. I cant see me replacing this in the next 12 months. Ghub software is super easy to use.

I'm just speechless, I've been looking for a good gaming mouse, and OMFG it's probably the last one I'll ever need. I was literally speechless when I first used it.
