Initially worked quite well, but it is tricky and does require a gentle hand to get the connectors to line up. Once the kids started smashing the controllers into the charger it stopped working on one connector pretty quickly. Unless you're gentle with it, the charging connector can be bent and this in turn can damage the charging socket on the controller. It's a cheap charging station that does its job well, just don't let the kids touch it

LOVE THIS!! I plug it into my tv so whenever my tv is on my controllers are charging , charges good and fast !
