If you are only going to buy one cook book in your life make it this one. I LOVE this cook book. She turns one recipe into several recipes plus many of them can be made beforehand and kept for weeks – say a certain pesto can last 2 weeks but turned into 4 different recipes. You really get so many recipes out of this cook book, I can't recommend highly enough.

This book covers everything from pickles and sauces through to dinners, deserts and baking and they all seem to work. I've fooled a few people into thinking I can cook courtesy of Annabel!!!

Annabelle's book is the most useful cookbook on my shelf. I refer to it daily. I'm so impressed that I have given a copy to both of my extended families. Fresh, innovative food, simply prepared, perfect for busy lives.

Whilst this book has some useful recipes in it, it lacks the punch of some of her other books. I would say this will sit on the bookcase as I turn to some of her other efforts more frequently.

This is one of the handiest recipe books to have in your repertoire. It has tips, and any basic recipe you will ever need, it has it. For those occasions when you want to make a specific thing, ie. old style devilled sausages, she will have the recipe. Also unlike other recipe books I have, the recipes never fail.
They loved receiving it, they are using the recipes, it's all good!
This is a great cook book with great easy recipes and all the ingredients are what you have in your cupboard already.
Has a wide range of recipes covering different occassions and it really is a recipe book containing great recipes for busy lives. Highly recommended for any aspiring cook!
