Elder Scrolls PC previews

This is a fantastic game, but you guys will be charged Euros rather than USD, It's a pretty big hike. The official response so far has been that they don't accept NZD at this time, but they neglected to address why it's Euro's. Still time before launch if enough people make it an issue.

Average story, average graphics, resonable sound, boring combat. No way at the price. $300 for first year--- Wait for F2P version ><

Not sure why they're not lowering the cost due to the exchange rates, along with the deadly monthly fee, it's safe to say i won't be buying it until it goes Free to play or lowers.

The game is good, but it is not worth that much.

This is a fantastic game. One of the better MMO's I've ever played. I'm also a massive TES fan however though this game is great it doesn't feel like a TES game. It feels like an MMO with a TES skin. If you like MMO's or want to give MMO's a go this is a good place to start. Finally, this is a good game for me and many others but wont replace the TES games. Note it does cost a lot to play so I recommend watching a few gameplay videos before deciding to pick it up or not.

I participated in the beta for this game earlier this year, i was disappointed to discover that this game was in fact a neverwinter clone with a slightly more open world feel. This game is nothing like the glory of Skyrim, and for the price, you would be better off looking at something else (its pay to own and needs a subscription- seriously bethesda-) The beta may be an inaccurate portrayal of the game, but one way or another, i would seriously advise against pre-ordering this game.

Having been in the beta since february I have had a good look around the game and sadly it fails to capture the scale, or immersive storyline of single player Elder Scrolls games like Skyrim. Particularly if you enjoy playing stealthy thief type characters you will immediately notice the inability to interact with (i.e. steal) 90% of the world items (the opposite of the single player games). In addition, nothing ruins crawling through a dank, remote dungeon (or sneaking into a prison to break a character out), more than having a dozen other players going dashing past you while you are sneaking along :/ Give it 12 months and it will be free or shut down – just hoping it doesnt spell the end of the singleplayer titles when it tanks.
