This insightful book examines in detail the lesser-known wines of Bordeaux – the dry whites, the rosés (including Clairet), the sweet wines (beyond just the famed Sauternes) and the relative newcomer crémant, the sparkling wine which now represents almost 1.5 per cent of all Bordeaux wine.
