Caroline has spent most of her life in corporate business whilst pursuing her passion as a writer. She has practiced Taiji with Sifu Leo for over 20 years, so when the opportunity to collaborate in a book on Taiji arose, she took up the challenge. This is the first book of a planned series on the different Taiji forms. Leo Ming is a dedicated exponent of the martial arts. He has been trained in and taught Goju ryu and Goju Kai karate (3rd dan), and is an internationally recognized Goju instructor. He also trains and instructs the Ryu Kyu Kobujutsu system (5th dan) and teaches the Yang, Chen and Wu styles of Taiji as well as Qigong. Other arts Leo is skilled in include judo, kali, knife fighting technique, boxing and grappling and Muay Thai. Over the last forty four years, Leo has studied with world renowned masters: Gogen Yamaguchi (the cat) 10th dan; Goshi, Yamaguchi (Japan); Tino Saberino (Australia); Sensei Chinnen (Japan); Tadashi Nakamura (USA); Hirokatzu Kanazawa (Japan); Tetsuhiro Hokama (Okinawa); Jose Figueroa (USA); Sifu's Duan Yu Chang (Taipei); Hsuing Wei (Taipei); Hanshi Kisho Inowe (Japan); Hiroshi Akimine (Okinawa); and most recently with Sensei Darin Yee 10th dan (Boston), Bao Sen Liang (Toronto), and Grandmaster Jesse Tsao.
