Terms and Conditions
1. By entering the competition or promotion each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.
2. The prize is 1 copy of each book in the promotion excluding hardcover editions of Diary of a Wimpy Kid #12 and The Book of Dust. Additional books will be selected by Mighty Ape. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
3 Height is that of the drawn winner only. This can not be transferred as a gift to another person.
4. Entries are not limited, each purchase of one of the books in the promotion equals one entry.
5. By entering the competition winners agree to their names being published and that the Mighty Ape may use their names for publicity purposes.
6. Winners are drawn from valid entries placed between 00:01am on the 2 November 2017, and 23:59pm on the 19 December 2017.
7. Winner will be notified by email.
8. Winner will be required to verify that their items were purchased from Mighty Ape by providing their order number.
9. Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, Mighty Ape and their employees are not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prizes.

11. The decision of judges in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Mighty Ape which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, Mighty Ape reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
