Australia delivery fees & times

Standard Courier – $4.99 per shipment

For most orders delivery is just $4.99 per shipment. Orders are shipped using Australia Post eParcel. Both signature and non-signature services are available. To ensure every customer pays a fair price for delivery, an exact delivery fee will be displayed to you in the checkout based upon the size of the products in your order and your delivery address.

VIC & WA 3–6 business days

SA & TAS 4–8 business days

NT 5–9 business days

Signature Required – an extra $2.99 per shipment

If you don’t want the courier to leave your parcel unattended please select the signature required option. This is especially recommended for high value items. Neither Australia Post, DHL Express nor Mighty Ape are liable for parcels that are stolen, damaged or lost after an item has been delivered.

DHL Express Delivery upgrade

Mighty Ape offers a priority delivery service via DHL Express. This option is available in the Checkout on selected products and delivery addresses. The upgrade price depends on the size and weight of your order but starts at an additional $4.99 per shipment. An exact price is quoted in the Checkout after the upgrade has been selected, before you order.

Delivery Times

Orders shipped via DHL Express are delivered within 1–2 business days (usually overnight) to metro areas. Over 70% of addresses in Australia are considered metro including most central suburbs in Australia’s largest cities including Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Hobart. Remote areas including parts of Perth and most rural locations take an additional day.

An accurate Express Delivery time will be quoted to you in the Checkout, based upon your selected delivery address and the stock status of products contained in your order.

Please note that DHL Express cannot be selected when shipping to a PO Box.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains a mix of in stock and out of stock products, you will be presented with a choice in the Checkout to have your order sent in multiple shipments (so in stock items ship as soon as they're ready), or all items together in a single shipment (to save money). Using a single shipment will mean in stock items are held back until out of stock items are ready.
