This book tells the story of my journey as a runner. I started running relatively late in life, at the age of 40. Inspired by my son's running career, I discovered the joy of running myself. I started with 5Ks and, before I knew it, I was running three marathons in seven months! It has been a remarkable journey for me, marked by great accomplishments, new friendships, joy, gratitude, and pride. As you read through this book, I hope my passion, joy, and gratitude leap off the pages for you. My running journey has greatly enriched my life, inspired me, and I believe, improved me as a person.
