4TB Seagate Game Drive for PlayStation 4 reviews

Excellent – plug it in, format it once and go (although it will drop to around 3.6 TB when formatted) – however, the PS4 detects the drive and will install games to the detached drive by default (can be changed in settings – I note saved games must still go to the original PS4 drive. You can transfer games between the two drives with a single menu choice too!). Great if like me you are out of space with all that PSPlus free stuff. The only down side is it uses up a USB port on the PS4 (you might want for controllers) but games play from it smoothly.

Purchased this not too long ago from Mightyape for my PS4, an original well-looked after and cared for 500GB that I upgraded to 2TB last year. Now I've got this 4TB, I don't have to worry about having no space for installing my games ever again, and I don't even have that many games on PS4 compared to some of my less-picky friends. Now I can patiently wait for PS5. I just wish the PS4 had released with atleast 1TB originally in 2013. I bought a 4TB Seagate game drive for PS4 and one for Xbox One X. These are great buys.

Easy to use!

Finally can now sort out my PS4, system has been glitching and crashing as well, now with the Seagate 4TB Game Drive I can finally move the games and stuff over so I can to the drive and reboot my PS4. Cheers for the Team big help especially during this lock down period otherwise I'll go bananas of no gaming :) Thanks

Smooth running, quiet and massive 4TB size. A perfect companion for gamers to save and play from it if you do not wish to delete the big game data files you downloaded and waited countless hours downloading it.....now transfer it to the drive, empty your PS4 drive and enjoy!!

Excellent choice if you want more games installed on your ps4 especially if you own a 500GB PS4 model, or a 1TB PS4 model
