Black Sabbath embarked on a world tour in April 2013, kicking off right here in Auckland, New Zealand, during which time they filmed the brand new Blu-ray Black Sabbath: Live…Gathered in Their Masses.
Recorded on April 29 and May 1, in Melbourne, Australia at the Rod Laver Arena, when the band – Ozzy Osbourne (vocals), Tony Iommi (guitar) and Geezer Butler (bass) -kicked off their world tour in support of their 13 album. That album entered the iTunes charts at #1 in 56 countries (and gave them their first Billboard #1 in the U.S.).
