This DVD workout is highly recommended! The workout includes lots of variation, holds your attention and is fun! The optional commentary setting makes it easy to do everyday without getting sick of listening to the commentary. This workout is challenging, but suitable for all fitness levels.

I found this really boring, I thought I was going to get a good workout with a lot of boxing moves. Boy was I wrong. I also thought it was weird that rather than speaking to us on the dvd its all voiced over. Not good for beginner exercises because she doesn't really explain the moves beforehand.
