This is one of those movies that's just a joy to watch. It doesn't get too heavy and it simply delivers excellent performances from a Michelin star cast. If you're a foodie you'll love it. If you're a father you'll love it. And if you're a hopeless romantic who believes you have to chase your dreams to be happy you'll love it. Funny, a bit foul-mouthed (if you've worked in a kitchen this will be no surprise) and charming as all hell. One word of warning – don't watch this on an empty stomach!
Very enjoyable with lots of drama and great food
The theme was a nice change, being set on the road in a food cart and the son getting to experience his fathers job as intimitely as they had to in the tiny kitchen space. The acting was really good, fast paced and exciting, it also made me very hungry and wish we had a local food cart just like that one.
