Out of the Doctor who books I have read thus far.. This is THE best one so far.. Not just because of the Daleks but the whole feeling of the plot is genius.

Now before people scream “Incontinuity” or “The Daleks died off” this book is based BEFORE the Time War.. Thats what makes it a greater Dalek Story than the TV Shows ones.. None of that “Last Dalek in existence” stuff.

The Doctor ends up teaming with a bunch of Dalek bounty hunters who are pretty much the opposite of The Doctor.

Anyway I wont spoil it but this is THE Book to buy if you have not read this then you are missing out.

Description

The Daleks are advancing, their empire constantly expanding into Earth's space. The Earth forces are resisting the Daleks in every way they can, but the battles rage on across countless solar systems, and now the future of our galaxy hangs in the balance! The Doctor finds himself stranded on board a starship near the frontline with a group of ruthless bounty hunters. With the Doctor's help, the bounty hunters achieve the ultimate prize: a Dalek prisoner - intact, powerless, and ready for interrogation. But when the Daleks are involved, nothing is what it seems, and no one is safe!
