As I have never done Yoga before this is a great way to start. A basic start into yoga.

Some of the moves I thought were a little more advanced and the moves were a bit fast for learning from but it is a good DVD
Elena Brower the Yoga Instructor takes the newbie student on an easy to follow sequence of exercises. I can honestly say that I feel more uplifted and aware of my posture now. You will gain knowledge of the names of the poses and what your body is capable of achieving. Practice this DVD for several weeks; prior to attending the gym (yoga sessions) and you'll find you'll be able to slip easily into the intermediate classes.
This is good for beginners who have little to no knowledge on yoga. Would strongly suggest watching it once or twice before actually going through with and following along with your own movements.
Really great start out DVD. Simple to follow. Exercises aren't difficult but she also gives you options if you are finding it hard to achieve these positions so you can still do them and work towards getting the full postures later. I finish each session I do feeling stretched and very “zen”.
