"Visually brilliant but character development needed a bit more"
4 stars"
Purchased on Mighty Ape

Its a story that probably needed a couple of movies to tell, but the visuals are extraordinary. There are a few novels in the story of ender, Enders game being only one. We can only hope that some of the other novels in the series make it on to film as well. It is well worth adding to the collection Though.

"Great effects, but should have been a mini series"
3 stars"

If you've read the book you'll find this a highly condensed version though fairly true to the plot. In the special features the director says there is enough material in the book for a 13 episode series and that is probably true. The movie is like a highlights reel.

"Interesting story. But didnt match the book/s"
4 stars"

The film crammed two of the story lines into the film. While it didnt distract too much. Having read the books I felt the film could have had a better story line Otherwise enjoyable
