"Simple book, using traditional training ideas."
4 stars"
Purchased on Mighty Ape

Good basic ideas based around a balance of running/swimming and weight training. The book has a good range of progressions and finishing programs for people training for different elite British Army Regiments. Not as comprehensive as the Navel Seal manual, but good base to work from.

Description

Illustrated throughout and including inside information on the kit you'll need, the food you should eat and how to cope with injury, this is the comprehensive insider's guide to the fitness methods of the British Army, as employed by the SAS, Paratroopers and Commandos.
