As Geoffrey Wellum took me on his journey from school boy to world war 2 fighter pilot I found myself I found myself totally captivated by his every move and left in total amazement at what 92 squadron was faced with and what they managed to achieve. I am not a big reader however this book I found very easy to read and with the way Wellum described whats going on around him and the thoughts he had at the time it was very hard to put down. I completely recomend this journey
