Organikismness aka Harry Bretherton is known by many as one of New Zealand’s most diverse and prolific drum ‘n’ bass producers/DJs. Starting out in Nelson 6 years ago Organikismness has since sounded its deep and raw hybrid sound of drum n bass and dubstep throughout New Zealand and Australia.
Organikismnness has toured alongside Pendulum, Black Sun Empire, Teebee, Goldie, Evol Intent, Spor and the Stanton Warriors, shared PHATs infamous main stage alongside acts such as Diesel Boy, Andy C, Noisia, Phace and Misanthrop, DBridge, BCUK, Pendulum, Aphrodite, Benga and Skream. 2010 see’s the release of Harry’s highly anticipated first solo album, “Form In Motion”.
The benchmark double disc release covers the depths of the breakbeat sound and features collaborations from the likes of; Lost Sequence, Optimus Gryme, Olie Bassweight, Tsubliminal, Stepa, Raw Skin Deluxe and Ras Juda. The album is testament to the diversity of today’s Drum & Bass & Dubstep genres in NZ.
