Much cheaper than buying them individually. In fact, it's dropped in price again since I bought it! It's great to have them all there so you can have yourself a little marathon, or just select a favourite to watch in the afternoon. Any Harry Potter fan must have the whole set! Any anyone who hasn't seen the lot, really needs to immerse themselves in the magic :D

If you love everything Harry Potter this package is for you. I feel sorry for people that purchased each movie separately because this box set saves you heaps. I saved even more because I found it on the daily deals list but the original price is still very awesome. Your 10 discs come in a nice collectable box too which is always cool. Thanks Mighty Ape.

Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone:

In this enchanting film adaptation of J.K. Rowling's delightful bestseller, Harry Potter learns on his 11th birthday that he is the orphaned son of two powerful wizards and posseses magical powers of his own. He learns the high-flying sport Quidditch and plays a thrilling game with living chess pieces on his way to face a Dark Wizard bent on destroying him. For the most extraordinary adventure, see you on Platform 9 3/4!

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets:

At the start of his second year of his amazing journey into the world of wizardry, cars fly, trees fight back and a mysterious elf comes to warn Harry Potter at the start of the second year. This year at Hogwarts, spiders talk, letters scold and Harry's own unsettling ability to speak to snakes turns his friends against him. From dueling clubs to rogue Bludgers, it's a year of adventure and danger when bloody writing on a wall announces: “The Chamber of Secrets has been opened”. To save Hogwarts will require all of Harry, Ron and Hermione's magical abilities and courage in this spellbinding adaptation of J.K. Rowling's second book. Get ready to be amused and petrified as Harry Potter shows he's more than a wizard, he's a hero!

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban:

Harry, Ron and Hermione, now teenagers, return for their third year at Hogwarts, where they are forced to face escaped prisoner, Sirius Black, who poses a great threat to Harry. Harry and his friends spend their third year learning how to handle a half-horse half-eagle Hippogriff, repel shape-shifting Boggarts and master the art of Divination. They also visit the wizarding village of Hogsmeade and the Shrieking Shack, which is considered the most haunted building in Britain. In addition to these new experiences, Harry must overcome the threats of the soul-sucking Dementors, outsmart a dangerous werewolf and finally deal with the truth about Sirius Black and his relationship to Harry and his parents. With his best friends, Harry masters advanced magic, crosses the barriers of time and changes the course of more than one life.

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire:

When Harry Potter's name emerges from the Goblet of Fire, he becomes a competitor in a grueling battle for glory among three wizarding schools – the Triwizard Tournament. But since Harry never submitted his name for the Tournament, who did? Now Harry must confront a deadly dragon, fierce water demons and an enchanted maze only to find himself in the cruel grasp of He Who Must Not Be Named.

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix:

Harry returns for his fifth year of study at Hogwarts and discovers that much of the wizarding community has been denied the truth about his recent encounter with the evil Lord Voldemort. Fearing that Hogwarts' venerable Headmaster, Albus Dumbledore, is lying about Voldemort's return in order to undermine his power and take his job, the Minister for Magic, Cornelius Fudge, appoints a new Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher to keep watch over Dumbledore and the Hogwarts students.
But Professor Dolores Umbridge's Ministry-approved course of defensive magic leaves the young wizards woefully unprepared to defend themselves against the dark forces threatening them and the entire wizarding community, so at the prompting of his friends Hermione and Ron, Harry takes matters into his own hands. Meeting secretly with a small group of students who name themselves “Dumbledore's Army,” Harry teaches them how to defend themselves against the Dark Arts, preparing the courageous young wizards for the extraordinary battle that lies ahead.

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince:

During Harry Potter's 6th year at Hogwarts, Lord Voldemort is tightening his grip on both the Muggle and wizarding worlds and Hogwarts is no longer a safe haven. Harry suspects perils may even lie within the castle, but Dumbledore is more intent upon preparing him for the final battle fast approaching. Together they work to find the key to unlock Voldemort's defences and, to this end, Dumbledore recruits his old friend and colleague Professor Horace Slughorn, whom he believes holds crucial information. Even as the decisive showdown looms, romance blossoms for Harry, Ron, Hermione and their classmates. Love is in the air, but danger lies ahead and Hogwarts may never be the same again.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1:

Voldemort's power is growing stronger, and he now has control over the Ministry of Magic and Hogwarts. In order to defeat the dark lord, everything must go to plan as Harry, Ron and Hermione attempt to find the rest of the Horcruxes they need.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2:

In the epic finale, the battle between good and evil forces of the wizarding world escalates into an all-out war. The stakes have never been higher and no one is safe. But it is Harry who may be called upon to make the ultimate sacrifice as he draws closer to the climatic showdown with Lord Voldemort. It all ends here.
