Jurassic World is essentially the sequel we wanted from the beginning.
I know Lost World is canon, but JP3 was just abysmal.
Jurassic World is broken down into three simple parts, each of which is well paced and entertaining.
There are a couple of small things here and there but the beginning, middle and end (specifically these parts) make up for them.
The only reason I don't give this film a 5 star rating is simply because of the lack of animatronics.
It was something combined with props and some CGI which really gave birth to what MADE the original come to life.
It feels like at times there is a distancing from the fear factor as a result (I'm looking at them CGI raptors).
Anyways, still recommend to grab this film purely for the fun it gives!
