"A worthy successor to my old razer naga"
5 stars"
Purchased on Mighty Ape

I’ve been using both the razer naga for about a year and 7 months with the g600. Simply put, they're both great, although the G600 will take my vote any day. I never had any issues with the performance of the mice themselves but the drivers are a different story, and I'll get to that soon. Comparing the naga to the g600, the g600 feels and looks bigger, but a side-by-side comparison reveals that they have the same size, save for the g600 which has a 3rd click button for the ring finger, which was still an insignificant difference. As far as buttons on the mouse themselves, the scroll click on the g600 takes more force to click on, but not hard to click by any means; again, I didn't think much of it. Even with the g600s tilt wheel, I had 0 problems about having to click on the wheel. The thumb grid on the g600 is a different story however. The g600s thumb grid is vastly superior to the naga's one. Yep. The buttons are separated by a ridge kinda thingy, separating the buttons into 2 lots of 6. I've had perfect 100% accuracy picking the right button on this compared to my naga (occasionally I’d press the wrong button now and then, but still very rarely, as I’ve used the mouse a LOT for the year I had it with me), but this is all up to you the user whether you can get used to having so many buttons on the side of your mouse. The g-shift (the 3rd click button for the ring finger) is great; it adds another 19 buttons (thumb grid+all the other buttons) you can set to whatever you want. I used to play WOW and I couldn't figure out what the heck to do with another 19 buttons; even with my ingeniously awesome set of keybindings I made that lets me perform every single task/spell/menu without moving my hand, so I had them set to random junk like summoning pets, emotes, mounts, etc. It's excessive, but hey, the option is there should you ever need it, and you can always set the gshift button to a different button and get rid of it entirely (and I mean any button. Keyboard and mouse). The driver for the mouse is really nifty as well, with it you can crank this big dog up to 8200 DPI compared to the nagas 5600. Most people probably won’t even bother going above 4000, but if you're like me man, you're all about speed, so you wanna crank it up to 8200 and swipe fast and hard with the g600. Even at the same speed, they track exactly the same with 1000 Hz polling rate and all that standard stuff you see in every gaming mouse. Nothing special. You also got the option of making some clever macros. I haven't had any use for macros ever since I quit wow and switched over to SC2, but I've managed to make some cute stuff with both razer's synapse and logitech's own gaming software. It's not difficult to think of or hard to create by any means; all it takes is a little bit of imagination but you'll sure as hell feel like a genius. All of the buttons on the g600 are fully customiseable; meaning any button can be set to a macro, or to be set to any key that a keyboard can do, not just the numbers. The backlighting is also nice, not something that I ever pay attention to because I always have lights on my mice and keyboard off as I find them completely useless and stupid, but you can set the lights to pulse on/off like every second, or have it set to cycle through all the colours of the rainbow which I found was quite cute. Can you use this mouse for other games and not just mmos- Hell yes.

"A great mouse, easy to get used too."
4 stars"

A great mouse and easy to get used too, the only problem I have is that when both mouse buttons are pressed at the same time they rub against eachother.

"Comfortable and easy to use"
5 stars"

Takes a little bit of getting used to, but once you've adapted to the new shape and features you'll never want to use anything else. I find it very helpful for general productivity work as well as gaming, as you can program the buttons to be keyboard commands and then copy/paste without touching the keyboard.
