My husband has never been very keen on the vegetarian idea but after looking through this book he found lots of dishes that he found he'd be quite happy to have me serve up to him. It's not one of these books that has so many ingredients that are hard to find in New Zealand so look forward to some great tasting vegetarian meals.

Author Biography

Anne Sheasby, the consultant editor, spent several years working as a professional home economist within the food industry before embarking on a successful freelance career in 1991 as a food writer and home economist. Anne is the author of many published cookbooks, covering a wide variety of subjects, and has been a consultant editor on many more. She has also written for national magazines and regularly works with leading companies within the food industry. Anne is a member of the prestigious Guild of Food Writers and the Institute of Consumer Sciences, incorporating Home Economics in the UK. She is the consultant editor of Fat-Free Italian Cooking (Lorenz Books), Guilt-Free, Fat-Free Cookbook and Pasta Light, both by published by Southwater.
