I found this book very helpful and the recipes easy to make. Can't wait for winter so that I can really make good use of my Slow Cooker along with this book.

Slow-Cooked Greek Lamb & Aubergine (pictured)

Recipe Ingredients
(Serves 4)
1 pkt MAGGI Favourites Lamb Ragout Recipe Mix
1 can chopped tomatoes, 400g
400 g lamb, cubed
1 aubergine, cubed
2 tsp mixed dried herbs
1 tsp dried mint
1 tbsp torn fresh mint and parsley (optional)
How to make

  1. Set the slow cooker to low.
  2. Combine MAGGI Favourites Lamb Ragout Recipe Mix with chopped tomatoes.
  3. Add to the slow cooker bowl with remaining ingredients except mint and parlsey.
  4. Cook on low for 6–8 hours.
  5. Serve sprinkled with mint and parsley if desired and a fresh salad.

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 480 minutes
