Really good season watched it in a day. A shame it wasn't on TV and none of the original cast are in it other than that a good buy

Not sure what Chris is on about in his review, this season in by far the worst of all the season. There are moments of enjoyment to be found but they are few and far between. For starters they got rid of the things that made Misfits so great: it was a show about a bunch of trouble making misfits doing community service that one day got powers and shenanigans ensued. In this season it's like the writers forgot about the powers completely, the short guy uses his 4 total times in the whole season, the new girl I think twice, the other new girl doesn't even get a power just wiped memory and it goes several episodes until we're reminded there's multiple Rudy's. Also Chris' review said that none of the original cast returned which is wrong, Curtis and the guy that swaps powers are both in this season quite a bit. The characters aren't likable and the dialogue is just so awkward and there's a whole lot of dead air all the time. The set-ups come and go like nothing, like the killer rabbit that is built up to be something awesome ends up killing one person then dies, oh and there was a brilliant idea for a third Rudy which came and went like it was nothing in one episode. That right there could have been an amazing scenario like the alternate timeline episode in the previous seasons. Like I said there are the odd good moments like a certain characters farewell and a couple of Rudy's speeches. The but whole season is boring with unlikable characters and devoid of any humor (seriously it's one big mess of a drama, only Rudy gets some chuckles every now and then but that's only because of his acting not the lame writing). Give this season a skip or stop at season 3. Also some really ugly and unnecessary nudity. If you dare to finish the series then this will be one you'll watch once then forget.

Description

The award-winning Misfits TV Show has rebooted and resuited for another chaotic, action-packed series that includes a killer white rabbit and even the odd zombie.

New guys Finn and Jess join old favourites Rudy, Curtis and Seth for a cheekier, more power-crazed Series 4. But do the new Misfits have anything approaching A-list powers? Well, kind of. Jess has x-ray vision and Finn has telekinesis – although he finds it a challenge to move even a cup of tea. With all hell quite literally breaking loose with the arrival of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, Misfits is certainly back with a bang. It’s time to power up.
