Excellent documentary – really makes you think about what man has done to his “best friend” and not content with that is now starting on the cat.

Description

They've been domesticated for thousands of years and are prevalent in every society on earth but what makes cats and dogs the animals we know today? How did the modern cat come to make the giant leap from wild predator to favoured pet. How did humans' evolutionary manipulation create more than 400 breeds of dog? This fascinating two-part series shows how our favourite animal friends come to be.
