Brought these as both of my controllers' analog sticks were decaying. Work great at protecting what's left of my sticks and hides the rubber chips. Provides better grip and comes with not only two sets but two grip variations, I've thrown the lesser gripped ones on my movement sticks and the gripped ones on the view sticks, this works great with fps games. Downsides, pretty marginal: Lesser gripped one makes the analog stick a lot thicker which made getting use to it difficult. Gripped ones squash down a bit when pushing the analog stick down.
