I bought the Playstation tv as a remote play streaming device for my ps4. When working through a wired lan connection to both devices the ps tv does a decent enough job with a little lag. Note however the max resolution for streaming is 720p 30fps. This takes some getting used to as everything feels as if it's running in a slightly slowed down fashion. After a while though you'll get used to it, provided You aren't playing anything too twitch based.
When the PS Vita was first released I thought that it was overpriced, hell even now I think it's still overpriced. But then came the PS TV. The It's half the price of the PS Vita & to top it off you can play your PS Vita/PSP & PS1 games on yoir TV, which is a Massive plus IMO. You can also play PSP games online. The only negative I can give the PS TV is that it can't play every PS Vita/PSP & PS1 games. So make sure to look up a list of games that actually work with the PS TV. Overall I think it's a Very good product.
Ok but has trouble connecting to ps 4 most of the time and does not have any good apps. Waste of money.
