A truly remarkable experience from the get go. Remedy knows a thing or two about story telling, if you ever played Alan Wake there are some nice little easter eggs hidden about in the game. The action is fast and fluid using all the abilities of time is a blast and the decisions you make effect the tv show you get to watch between acts. A must have, I couldn't stop playing.

You start the game and play 5 acts, and many of the characters and graphics are almost movie quality.
Play 5 acts in the game, then get a tv like eposide and it's video, and not CG graphics.
This game is a must buy and it shows.
It is one of the most orginal games I have seen in a long while, it's not just your average recycled same old 1st person game; which is so refreshing.
The shooting parts are very intense and well done.
It's nice and refreshing after a tense act sitting back and watching a tv like eposide.
Also at the end of an act, your given the chose of the direction the game and movies go in.
The game is spilt in acts and 5 parts. Get to the last pick the way the game eposide plays out. Then watch a 20 or so tv like eposide.

Time has been broken. A Fracture in time, created by a time travel experiment that has gone wrong, is advancing at an inexorable pace. As a result, time itself is now stuttering to a halt and then restarting, causing the world to turn into a frozen tableau. Most are unaware of the imminent disaster.
Jack Joyce is not one of these people: changed by the same experiment, he can see the damage as the Fracture advances, time keeps slipping more and more out of joint, and as the world loses synchronisation, destruction on a massive scale ensues. Jack is desperately trying to find a way to prevent the Fracture from reaching its conclusion – that final moment when the last grain of sand in the hourglass tumbles down, and time ends. But his best friend Paul Serene and the ruthless Monarch Solutions have their own plans, and Jack’s efforts don’t line up with them. They are willing to use whatever means necessary to stop him.
Jack’s new abilities not only let him keep moving when time grinds into a halt, they also give him the power to manipulate time. Enabling him to move faster than the eye can see. To freeze an enemy between the ticks of a second. He can fight back.
Using these powers, aided by the mysterious Beth Wilder and his genius brother William, Jack battles the high-tech Monarch troops, facing impossible odds even as time groans and stutters, forcing him to navigate scenes of incredible destruction that skip and rewind around him, half a step ahead of certain death. Failure means a world forever frozen in the last moment that ever existed – and that moment is close.
