"Amazing read, clear and simple, thought provoking"

I'm writing this review three quarters of the way through; but so far I love this book. Right from the beginning Harari presents our collective history clearly and elegantly. He doesn't pretend to have all the answers and is quite open about which parts are still mysteries, but he does have some damn good ideas. This isn't a compulsive page turner you'll blaze through in a couple of days, instead take it slow because there's plenty in here to think about.
