An awesome novel for ANYONE that wants to learn about the history of Jim Raynor and Tychus Findlay. My only problem with this book is that there aren't features fans can recognise which may disappoint some.

Well written, and really helps in understanding the background of Tychus/Raynor and how/why they broke the law and ended up where they did. There is very good character development of the whole squad, not just Tychus/Raynor as well, which makes you feel more for the characters.
After reading this book, it brings a lot more meaning to the ending of the Wings of Liberty campaign between Tychus and Raynor when they find Kerrigan… gives it more of the “epic tragedy” type of feel.
This novel is well written and entertaining and a must read for fans of the series.
It deals with the early years of Jim Raynor and thus only has encounters of the terran kind.
All in all, however a great read for those who enjoy Sci fi and for fans of starcraft.
