I use this book every day. The recipes (for the most part) taste amazing. I found the quantities perfect. (1 cup spinach is 45g, not 50g as the previous reviewer claims). Some recipes make enough for 1, some for 2. I have made 52 recipes out of the book and have never felt better. I started with one smoothie a day and recently increased that to 2 smoothies a day. Since doing that I have lost 6 kg at a rate of approximately 500g per week. I eat a normal meal at night. I am going on holiday to my daughter in NZ for a month and the book is coming with me. She's not into smoothies yet, but I am hoping to change that. Best recipe book I have ever bought. You just can't go wrong!
