Strays
Vin Diesel in his directorial debut “Strays” takes a hard look at his own adolescence and upbringing in New York City. Rick (Vin Diesel) is a “stray” – raised on the streets, lacking a traditional family structure and wrestling subconsciously with his father’s absence. When he meets Heather, he sees the opportunity for a meaningful relationship and an escape from a world of drug dealing and street hustling. Trying to assimilate into Heather’s world will not be easy as Rick struggles to overcome the perception that he is turning his back on his old neighborhood and friends. Though the chemistry between the couple is immediately charged, Rick’s street manner and volatile aggression, threaten to extinguish their relationship before it begins.

Ryan Gosling stars as a Hollywood stunt driver for movies by day and moonlights as a wheelman for criminals by night. Though a loner by nature, “Driver” can’t help falling in love with his beautiful neighbor Irene (Carey Mulligan), a young mother dragged into a dangerous underworld by the return of her ex-convict husband. After a heist goes wrong, Driver finds himself driving defense for the girl he loves, tailgated by a syndicate of deadly serious criminals (Albert Brooks and Ron Perlman). Soon he realizes the gangsters are after more than the bag of cash and is forced to shift gears and go on the offense.

I Come With The Rain
Ex-Los Angeles cop turned private eye, Kline, travels to Hong Kong in search of Shitao, the missing son of a powerful pharmaceutical conglomerate boss. Enlisting Meng Zi a friend and a former colleague now working for the Hong Kong Police, Kline follows a faint trail left by the ethereal Shitao. The path leads to local gangster Su Dongpo and his beautiful, drug addicted girlfriend Lili. But Kline is distracted from his search, haunted by memories of the serial killer Hasford whose ‘body of work’ was the reason Kline quit the police force. Will Kline once again need to lose his mind to find his latest quarry?
