The Boy Next Door is a 2015 American erotic thriller film directed by Rob Cohen and written by Barbara Curry.

The Boy Next Door stars Jennifer Lopez as a newly separated mother Claire, who, despite her better judgement, has a one-night stand with her teenage son’s new best friend, Noah – played by Ryan Guzman. Noah’s infatuation becomes far more sinister as she explains their tryst was a mistake.

Clare knows she has made a serious error which will jeopardise her career and place her family in danger, but is it too late to stop her world unravelling? The Boy Next Door is a psychological thriller that explores what can happen when an illicit attraction goes way too far.
