It arrived, I opened it, I started it at 4:25 Friday and finally went to bed for a well earned sleep Sunday at 5pm. Enough said!

I'm not generally a fan of dragons and magic and games of the like but this game blew me away. Everything about the game is great from the stunning graphics to the share size of the world you explore. There is so much to do and so many side missions to complete. This game will certainly kill many many hours. Buy it you won't regret it.

If you love role playing games this is the game for you. I have been playing this game for 70 hours and still haven't clocked it. How many games can you say that about -!!

If you buy this game you are defiantly getting your moneys worth out of it

Waited a loooong time to finally play this game. It has lived up to every piece of hyped-up goodness that was promised and more. If you only buy one game a year/decade make this the one and only consideration

This is without a doubt, the game of the year, and in my opinion, game of the century

Skyrim is an awesome games. It is an open world game and has a vast area to explore, which consists of tundra, woodlands, caves, cities, villages and mountains. Dragons also make an apperance in the game, as the main antagonists. New features to the game include, perks and shouts.

Pros:

• Vast open world
• Dragons
• Perks
• Shouts
• Amazing skill trees.
• Minimum of 200 hours of quests
• Amazing Graphics
• Awesome sounds

Cons:

• A few glitches, but gives for a good few laughs. (eg. Flying mammoths)
• Can lag considerably after about 60 hours (mainly PS3 version) On Xbox 360 the lag is hardly noticable.

Simply put, this game is by far the best game I have played in years! If you have not bought this yet DO IT..it's one of those games that are simply a must buy, and besides the price now is very reasonable for what you get. Hours and hours of game play.

I havent bought this game yet but I have hired it from Video Ezy. This is a game is a long game so it won't get boring in like a week. It is a great game, go buy it, atleast some day!

I was someone who was disapointed with Oblivion, I found the non human style characters to look laughably bad and the musical score to be average at best. The gameplay seemed very stiff and wooden to me, and lastly the main quest/story felt really displaced. I didn't feel like my character was really important at all.

In Skyrim, all that has changed for me. Right off the bat, making my character was fun as I wanted to make an Orc that I could take seriously, and I could. The music felt as big as the events around you, from subtle whilst sneaking through a fortress to epic when duelling a dragon. It seemed a more fluid game in terms of gameplay, as well as making the games third person view playable now. Lastly, the story really draws you in, making you feel a true part of it.

If you have been sitting on the fence about this game, it is one where I would believe the hype. Skyrim is truly a great fantasy rpg.

I was first introduced to the Elder Scrolls universe via Oblivion and loved it. Skyrim is by far the best open world rpg game I have ever played. The graphics are gorgeous, combat system is fluid and easy to learn and the storylines (should you decide to explore them) are entertaining and in some cases comical in a good way. If you want a game worth every dollar you spend on it and more then get this glorious gem of a game.

This game is packed with action and adventure. I personally enjoy this game because of the fact that it feels worthy of its price. A game that will take alot of your time to complete. The graphics are also magnificent – the scenery and details are something you need to check out if you haven't already. The only downside to this game would have to be the loading screen, it takes quite awhile to load compared to the pc version. Overall, if you are the kind of gamer who enjoys action and adventure then you should definitely try it out (:

I was a stunned when I first turned this game on to find one of the biggest and best games to ever come out an any platform. It blew my mind away.

Obviously Bethesda but alot of work into the game, Everything in the game was amazing. Cant complain about anything!

Has a free format story line, lots of characters and didn't ways of playing the game. Lots of variety, able to pick lots of ways to achieve goals in the game.

I've racked up well over 500 hours of gameplay on Skyrim over 7 different characters and I still cannot stop playing! The graphics make Oblivion look like it was made on Nintendo 64, the gameplay and combat is so intense and immersive that you'll find yourself cursing the descendants of your foes. And when that dragon comes crashing down behind you out of nowhere and starts torching a village- You WILL need a clean pair of undies. I don't just recommend this game, I put to you this point: It WILL change your life.

I haven't played this game myself, but both my husband and 15 year old son love it. Was a very good buy.

This is possibly my new favorite game. This, Gears of War 3 and Forza Motorsport 4 are the best games for Xbox 360 this year (that I've played). There is 300+ hours of game play and just so much to do. Whether you are cooking soup, slaying dragons or simply exploring the huge world that is Skyrim. Worth every cent and more!

this game was breath taking. i first did not want to purchase it because i thought it would be boring and over hyped. however through being convinced by friends, i did buy it and it was one of the best games ive ever played. months down the track and im still trying to complete the endless supply of missions that the game offers. there is so much depth that has been brought into the game to make it so amazing. best game of the year by far. :)

This game is just amazing there so an infinite number of this to do, especially now that the new dlc's are out. I was hoping that bethsda would deliver on this game and they far exceeded my expectations. I dont think any game can top this.

Put it in the disk tray, and the rest is history as I have not stepped foot outside my home in 3 days! happy gaming because this is a wonderful game!

What I need to add is if you let you kids on this, it will be the last time they will do any work around the home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The game story was fast but the graphics and the weapons are so awesome the game is like a full on story 24/7

A massive step backwards in gaming, I'm going back to Oblivion. Too much of the games basic structure has been taken from Fallout 3 and very little of it blends with what was the brilliant concepts from Oblivion and Morrowind and all of the things that have been taken out, like attributes and many of the skills, the inability to increase jump height and speed is just out right annoying.

In short: Skyrim needs it's own rating system 1=(skyrim) 3=(dog turd) 5=(something that doesnt make me sick)

This game will not let you down “fun and adventurous”

Loved Edler Scrolls IV: Oblivion and got this anticipating a great game. I was not disappointed. This is a worthwhile addition to anyones collection. Huge game with literally 100s of hours of game play.
