Mixed up the Fred “Tough Cookies” Chocolate Sugar Cookie recipe, took 164g of dough and mixed in 1/2 cup Vanilla/Brown Sugar Syrup to make soft cookies on sponge roll sheet. Baked in 15min, cooled. Cut out 16 warm shapes, stacked plain Vanilla Ice Cream in between 2. This made 8 seriously yummy palm-sized Ice Cream Sandwiches ready to eat right away. == One refueled and happy Hunny. Makes good size ice cream sandwiches, kids really enjoyed the fun shapes, was a little fiddly getting them together but worth the effort.
