With which (tho' they have nor the leal't Anthoriry for either from our Lawyers or Lawbooks) they think to turn ofithe force ofwhat has been urged both from the Common Laws and the Statute Book. But this is not anfwering, but evading, 'tis fetting up their private Opinions againlt Fact and Law, or laying the Laws alide, and fetting an hypothefis in their Place.
