Dalvanius “A Man Of Passion” has 21 tracks and spans Dalvanius' career from the '70s during his career as Dalvanius & The Fascinations through to his solo recordings and his time with Patea Maori Club.
This is the first ever album by Dalvanius … during his lifetime he only ever released singles and EP's … and his soul, funk, Maori and Christmas songs are all represented.
One of the highlights of the album is a beautiful unreleased track entitled “I'll Be There For You” (used in the movie “Te Rua” and performed as part of the stage musical “Poi E”).
The album is lavishly packaged with liner notes by leading music writer, Chris Bourke. A tribute to Dalvanius by his Whanau is a special addition.
