A self-confessed erotomaniac, the unnamed protagonist of "A Sex Pervert's Diary" reveals Tokyo to be the ideal playground for his depraved activities. There, in Japan's capital, he can find legions of uninhibited high school girls who will give up their favors so willingly on enjo-kosai ("compensated dates")...jammed commuter trains which make fondling young women so easy...an overcrowded housing condition which makes Tokyo a voyeur's paradise...and much, much more. But the chain of his perversions gradually escalates until there is no escape from the hell of his sexual desires.
