OVERVIEW
From kids to Olympic athletes, skipping is universally recognised as a route to
fun and fitness. Our weighted rope and handles cleverly increases your energy
and strength level without the need for any additional time training or skills
to be learnt. Add some or all of the 300g weights to the handles and you will
target the arms whilst using the heavier option of ‘rope’ and you will be
exerting more force through the torso, core and cardiac system.
TO BE YOUR BEST
This is a high performance product and performance requires skill and practice
so work on your technique in short bursts. The small movements that you perform
occur hundreds of times per minute so the intensity takes care of itself. Going
faster will not just energise your muscles but also fine tune your nervous
system to perform tasks more effectively.
COACH SAYS
H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training) is one of the hottest workouts
around, skipping is one of the purest methods for performing this method of
training. Also known as TABTA training you need to work fast and hard – skip
as fast as you can for 20 seconds then stop and recover for just 10 seconds
and repeat eight times, it's tougher than it sounds but will deliver great
results

This product is a triumph of both engineering and our understanding of how the
body works. 300 grams of weight isn't much but when you move it hundreds of
times it adds up, the bearing and premium materials minimise your effort by
losing none of your power to friction.
