In addition to crispy chicken, fish, and onion rings, you'll turn out evenly cooked steaks, such Chipotle-Coffee Rubbed Steaks with Snap Pea Salad (the spice rub gives them a bold crust), Green Chile Cheeseburgers (a panade keeps them wonderfully juicy), and Tandoori Chicken Thighs. Bake moist, tender fish such as Salmon Fillets with Dill-Yogurt Sauce, and flavorful vegetables such as Spice-Roasted Carrots, Zucchini Fries, and Sweet Potato Wedges. Frozen foods cook up crisp in the air fryer, but the results are so much better when you start with homemade. So we offer freeze-it-yourself recipes for Chicken Nuggets, Beef Hand Pies, and more that go straight from freezer to air fryer and cook to perfection.
