HUSSEIN KASSIM is Professor of Politics and Political Science Mentor at the ESRC Centre for Competition Policy at the University of East Anglia, UK.   HANDLEY STEVENS, formerly Director of International Aviation at the Department of Transport, was from 1994–2007 Visiting Research Associate at the European Institute of the London School of Economics and Political Science, UK.
