Having tried many techniques I can conclusively say that the images on the canister are not even remotely possible with this product. It’s a thick, light green paste that will dry a shiny dark green. Very thin layers will dry glossy and clear. The final effect does not appear like realistic swap water, but can be useful to convey slime.

I've tested this product in various ways, I've used it straight from the tub, I've diluted it, I've combined it with clear gel to try get more transparency. It is really hard work getting a result that is nice, and impossible to get the results they promise. My best result was mixing it about 40/60 with clear gel and diluting it a little with water because it is thick. I slopped it all over the base of a swamp then layered tinted epoxy resin water over top, it created a really nice stagnant water with algae look. I conclude it is good when combined with other products and a bit of patience, but no good on it's own.
