Aoshima: The Model Car No.45: 1/24 Nissan PGC10 Skyline (2000GT-R '70) – Model Kit
Released on August 1968 as a 3rd generation Skyline, the C10 series became an instant hit and was nicknamed the “Ai-suka” or “Suka-G” in Japan, thanks to a popular “Love Skyline” marketing campaign. Later, in October of the same year, the 2000 GT-R model was added, and in May 1969, it debuted in the JAF Grand Prix. From the first match, it placed first in the TS division, and continued to win matches which solidified its status.
This kit replicates the PGC10 “Hako-suka” 4-door GT-R in its catalogue specifcations. The molds for this kit were designed and developed in the 1970s, and consequently do not feature the same high level of detail as today's kits. However, with the selectable vehicle height chassis, and various custom aftermarket parts, you will be able to modify the GT-R to your exact preferences!
Parts come molded in white, clear, black, and chrome-plated. Decals and some photo-etched parts are also included.
