I bought this water flosser on 5 February to my house in Wellington Region, New Zealand and it arrived on 10th Feb. It has 4 different settings but I only use “Normal” and “Soft” and it does not disappoint, the amount of popcorn and chippie remnants that this has gotten out before I've brushed my teeth is astounding. I've never owned a water flosser or even tried water flosser before this one but I was looking into all the reviews on the best water flosser and cordless vs corded and found the 2 Key Performance Indicators to be psi which is fantastic for this model at 120 and tank capacity which again is splendid for this model at 360ml. It's definitely an easy shape to handle with an extendable tank, which I just have always extended and full for any quick flossing and the 360⁰ tip just makes it even easier. I'm using it twice a day for about 2 minutes each use(or less) and only need to charge it once or twice a month. For anyone who is looking at this and a little worried about an online product they can't touch or test first, don't worry, this is just as good as a water flosser needs to be. Especially for the price of at least 50% less than any other Cordless or corded water flosser I could find. Last thing; I recently thought it stopped working when it wasn't charging, until I realised I was using the wrong charger but… Before I realised… I contacted MightyApe about what I thought was a fault(again, before I found the correct charger) and they were so magnanimously helpful that I felt inspired to write this review. Thanks MightyApe, I'll recommend your product to everyone.
The water flosser worked great but in about 2 months it stopped working or would start up on its own. It may have been a faulty unit. Mighty Ape was very fast and efficient in how the handled the situation. I would recommend the water flosser as its covered by a great warrantee anyways.
